每年十月，柿子成熟，新鮮的柿子經(jīng)過剝皮、晾曬、擠壓、出霜等漫長(zhǎng)的工序，成為中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)小吃——柿餅。咬一口，溫潤(rùn)流心，甜而不膩。春節(jié)前，客廳里擺上一盤金燦燦的柿餅，喜慶的年味兒就來了。柿子在中國(guó)文化中是吉祥如意的象征，寓意來年事事如意，喜事連連。(趙麗)

Taking a bite, you'll experience a jelly-like sweet flavor. Before the Spring Festival, placing a plate of golden dried persimmon in the living room brings a festive New Year atmosphere. Dried persimmons signify auspicious events in the coming year.
